How my phone number will be processed?

At Swan, we take privacy and security seriously. Your phone number is not used for sales purposes. Instead, it is only processed for regulated identity verification, in line with our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and protection.

Swan is a licensed electronic money institution authorised by the French Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR), under the REGAFI identifier 86245 and identification code 17328 K, with authorisation granted on 04/06/2020.
All client funds held by Swan are safeguarded in full compliance with applicable regulations. These funds are segregated and deposited with our banking partner, BNP Paribas. In the unlikely event of BNP Paribas defaulting, client deposits are protected by the French Deposit Guarantee and Resolution Fund (FGDR) up to €100,000 per client, offering an additional layer of financial security.
